He took the time to explain and show us options for fixing this issue when a new roof was put on. I believe the other companies would have either ignored the ventilation issue, or surprised us with a large up charge after tearing off the shingles. We appreciated Rob’s thorough estimate and the time he took to explain everything. We also appreciate knowing the true cost.
