"I have worked with this company last year. Doug and crew were wonderful. I emailed Dec 15 to request services Dec 30. He replied in writing that Dec 30 would be fine, quoted a price and asked me to confirm. I emailed Dec 16 asking to pls send an invoice so I can pay immediately and confirm the appointment. He didn’t reply. I called his office and cell number the 16th as well. Here we are multiple emails, calls, texts later and not a word back. So now 3 days before my move I have to scramble to find another company!!! Extremely unprofessional. Do NOT recommend."
