"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"It's August, so this is a bad time for the air conditioner to suddenly stop working! We had heard good things about Trumpy Heating & Cooling before, so I thought I would give them a call. Withing an hour, he was at our home doing a thorough inspection of the outside unit, inside unit, vents, thermostat & more. He informed us of exactly what needed to be done and why - explaining it in a way that made sense mechanically and financially. He answered all our questions for both the needed repair and possibilities to improve our system in future. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!"

"Within minutes of posting on Angi, I received a call from Tiger and had an appointment for an estimate to replace our Air Conditioner scheduled for the next day. Tiger communicated everything excellently, I received text updates with a photo of the tech "Jalen" and the approximate arrival time. Before leaving, Jalen sent the estimate via email and Tiger has sent a couple of follow up texts / emails asking if I have any questions.
