I called at 7:00 the morning after labor day, a day that weather people were calling a heat emergency. Our air conditioner had started making hideous loud rattling noise the evening before. I was told a serviceman could be at my house around 10:30 and that was when he arrived. It took maybe 10 minutes to diagnose a bad capacitor on the outdoor unit and another 10 to repair it. The air conditioner was then working, but he was concerned that the unit was vibrating quite a lot. He took some time to explain to me some options, took it apart to diagnose that problem, and told me Henson Robinson would call me with a quote for that repair. Overall I am super pleased with the experience. Fast response, professional service, reasonable cost. I would definitely call them again.

Everything was done according to plan. The technician showed up at the arranged time, and all work was done promptly and professionally. I had a few questions about settings for the furnace and humidifier in the winter, and he answered those to my satisfaction.
This is a long established HVAC contractor, and my family has used them for many years. Their service personnel are well trained and understand the systems on which they work.

Henson Robinson was the only company that told us we would never be happy with anything less than a zoned configuration. The other 3 providers were willing to take shortcuts and would never guarantee it would solve our problem. Installation went smooth and the installer even came out a second time to give us a refresher course on the controls.
We also purchased a water heater from them in 2013. They were the most reasonably priced and the installers were very professional.

They were very good, very experienced, they did a good job, they were on time, and the price was reasonable. The guy who checked the air conditioner found the duct work problem. He called in all the materials needed from his cell phone while he was in the basement. That way when the workers came to do the work they had all of the materials they needed. They had 2 guys working for more than half a day on the duct work.

They make sure everything is working right. They are always prompt and seem to know what they are doing. I haven't had any problem with the system so they must be keeping it in good shape. I'm on a yearly contract with them. They are an old reputable company with them and I haven't had any trouble with them, I've been happy with their service. I never give anyone an A because they can always do better.

Bill came out to the house and took down the dimensions of the duct runs and later gave me a written estimate of the cost to remove the flex ductwork, fabricate and install aluminum ductwork. The job was estimated to take two days and was scheduled to my flexibility. The guys who came to do the work were timely, nice, and professional. They took extra care to put down appropriate carpet proctectors through out the work area (my house has lightcolored carpeting). The guys didnt complain about the tight crawlspace or the tight access way into the crawl space. The job ended up taking a day in a half. I was very pleased. It took some time to receive the bill, but that afforded me more time to pay it, so it worked for me. I've always been pleased with the work from this company.

Company did the most in-depth quote and provided the best fitted equipment for the house. They showed up on time and cleaned up each night. The work performed was top notch. Would highly recommend.

The job was done fast but the only problem came to billing. They had billed us more than what was estimated and once we called for an adjustment it took several months to have it corrected. They tried to turn us into a collection agency, it took talking to the owner of the business to disolve the issue.

"We looked up in the job history and a furnace was installed November 9, 2005 for $2,759.00. They paid in June of 06 and there are no notations on billing problems or collections in the computer history. I am afraid that I do not understand the problems as notations would have been made in the computer history. My file is in storage and would take some time to find, but for the amount billed I do not believe that we could have removed a gravity furnace, installed a furnace and reduct for $2,759. They may have us confused with someone else... We never bill for more than the estimated amount unless a change to the work to be performed was made and agreed upon by all parties. We have installed equipment and run into unforeseen problems and not raised the price. Unforeseen problems can just be part of the job fortunately it doesn't happen very often. I am at a loss for an explanation on this one."

Good experience. The technician appeared as scheduled, and the visit was relatively short as he found no issues with our system. Recommended a filter change. We understand that having this maintenance agreement may result in our receiving priority emergency service from this company should we need it, but so far, we haven't needed it.

Work started within two weeks after I signed contracts. Workmen cleaned up any messes each night. They showed up everyday until the job was finished. One day they were late due to an emergency service problem (due to the floods and storms we've been having everyday). They called and told me they would be late. Very unusual for most companies. Work was completed in a very timely manner. After completion they walked me through the job to show me all they had done and explained it and equipment operation to me then asked if I had any questions. Then advised me to call them if I had any questions or problems.
