I was a bit troubled when I didn't get a call back after two working days so I called them again. This time I got an immediate response and was able to talk to a plumber about the situation and what I wanted done. He was very helpful, explained that they had a slightly different approach, and convinced me why their approach was better than the one I had in mind. He quoted me a price, we were able to set an appointment for the next day, and he arrived promptly on time. The installation went very well, I appreciated the thoroughness of the work, and the professional manor.
