He came within an hour of calling and showed me the issues in detail and explained the danger. I agreed - the panel would need to be replaced. Like most trades, he is very busy - but, he was able to shift work around and did the job today. Came on time, did beautiful work, very reasonable and we're extremely happy with the job. There are a few issues (from the original installation) and we'll be working with Mike again as soon as he's free. I would put a 6 on if I could! Just a tremendous job and experience!"
