We install both exterior and interior home improvement projects including windows, doors, siding, roofing, garage doors, bathrooms, kitchen remodel, cabinet refacing, flooring, and countertops.

"These people are crooks! I gave them a $6,500 down payment for a $21,000 roof on a house I was selling. They said "sure, we can get it done." Two months later, no roof, no call, no nothing. I'm a sole proprietor. On very rare occasion, I may need to sub-contract a portion of your repairs. I'm centrally located along the shores of Lake Shelbyville, my shop is just SE of Findlay. Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
