The only issue we had was that the starting of the project was delayed from the initial estimate due to some other jobs he had going on."

They didn't have to actually go up and clean the ventilation system but they went ahead and did that anyway. They went ahead cleaned out the furnace as well and that might have been something I would have had to have another technician come out and do. So they kinda went above and beyond there."
