This was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor. They where friendly professional the work was out standing and a great knowledgeable company.

The contractor could test for mold but no other air contaminants beyond "particulates"; I wanted more detailed testing. I also had a concern with the testing done by the same contractor that would perform remediation work. Seems like a guarantee of mold to be located and a conflict of interest.

Will be looking for A new HVAC provider that follows up with their customers. We need a humidifier and someone that cares & wants the business will be the right contractor. The tech was good at servicing the furnace & AC unit. He also installed a digital thermostat.
