"Capped 12 unit apt Bldg s windows with aluminum, pleasure to work with, an expert, stands by his work, asked to come back down the road to ck caulking."

"They were fast, professional and accommodating. I would recommend them for all your glass needs."

"Great Company. Fast Efficiant work. Shawn the Window Technician was great, and Devan who was helping him install and we learned that he was actually a Production Manager. Both were great. The completed all of our windows. 7 standard, and a picture window in less than two days. Great company. Great customer service. Shawn,Devan, and Lauren were all amazing."

"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."

Founded in 1996, J & K has held quality workmanship at its core from the very beginning. We started as a exterior restoration company with 5 employees. We were small, but we knew that if we worked hard and stayed true to our quality we would be successful in the long run.\n\nIn 2005, responding to huge demand, we started working as a General Contractor. The dedication to quality, strong work ethic and great customer service continued to be our hallmark. Over the years we have grown and learned to never forget the ethics that have guided us.\n\nToday we find the marketplace more competitive than ever before. The rapidly rising cost of materials, fuel and labor make surviving in our industry more and more difficult. Unfortunately the result is a high failure rate of businesses in our market.\n\nJ & K Home Improvement offers the highest quality materials available and backs our workmanship with a ten year limited warranty.

"We had a total of 7 windows plus a huge bay window replaced. The entire crew was professional, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. They completely redid the whole framing for the bay window, including all the construction on the outside of the house. When it was completed, not only did it look like it was there the whole time, but even matched the shingles on top of the frame to match my house. They answered every question and made sure I was satisfied before they left. HIghly recommend!"
