The first place I called couldn t even give me an estimate because the job was so large and would require tearing into the walls. The second business I called informed me that I was looking at a minimum $2,000. Thankfully, I called Sure Dry. He came out and after 20 minutes told me my issue could be fixed for around $15. I just needed to extend my downspout. I did that and my problem was solved! They are honest and reliable and I highly recommend!"

We set a time and date, he followed up with a confirmation call the day before the appointment and again the day of the appointment. He later called me on the day of the appointment and told me he could arrive earlier if that worked for me. Although my problem was not something his company handled, he took the time to help me, in the cold rain, with the downspout placement and gave me a recommendation of how to fix the issue. Because he did not have a qualified vendor to recommend, he declined to recommend anyone, which I appreciated. He went above and beyond and even got soaked in the rain trying to help out.
