They go a step above all the time. The first time he did a last minute removal of old concete and poured a step to our patio that was not on his list. This time, he even went back and filled in dirt where the concrete would have had a huge drop off to the grass. This will save us a ton of back breaking work. Lastly, know your rights to request a Sworn Statement (A document that lists the contractors and suppliers that provide material or labor to a construction project.
