My water heater had sprung a leak and needed to be replaced.  I had called them first thing Monday morning to get a quote for the replacement.  They were able to quickly give me a quote and schedule service.  Their office staff is very efficient and knowledgeable.  The service call was arranged to minimize the impact to my work schedule.  The actual installation of the water heater went well and there technician was very professional.  Overall my experience is very positive and I will use them again.

At the time of this service, our family was going through a medical emergency.  Of course, a house where the main drain isn't working is also an emergency, so we had to proceed with the repair.  Because of the medical emergency, we were unable to be at the home during the repairs, which made it more difficult on us.  Schmitz's Plumbing was aware of what was going on, and I feel did a fine job helping us out while not trying to take advantage of the situation.  They did find the additional problem, but I am confident that the repair of this problem at this time was to our advantage in the end.  Of course, the additional work did add to the original quote, but not significantly and I feel it was fair.  Overall I feel they did a fine job, were courteous and professional, and were fairly priced.

I would grade them an A. We didn't have any problems with them.  They were way cheaper than everyone else.

We have used them about three times over the past 12 years. They have always come out and done the work that we have asked for. They have done a good job. Everything has been fine. They are a union company, so we pay a bit more. We have been happy with them.
