"They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good."

Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already.
