"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

"I used this company in 2017/2018 and it was a complete disaster. Some guy named Cord/Coy fail through my roof in 4 spots leaving permanent damage and the repairs were horribly done. They damaged my HVAC and another company had to be paid to come in and fix it. I had to hire another well known roofing company to completely redo the work. The owner was not responsive or involved in communication at all. I live in Urbana il and will gladly provide photos and proof of this horrible experience to anyone that needs it. Stay clear of this company and it's poor practices. BEWARE!"

Another example we notice frequently is when a homeowner hires a roofer on the side to repair a roof. 5 years later the shingles are falling off the roof. A quality roof job should last up to 50 years. The homeowner tries to call up the roofer to fix his work and the roofer is out of business, left town, or refuses to honor the guarantee. "The Metal roofing was fine but the Bathroom was not good they had to put all the drywall up they put down a new counters and bathtub and surround when they finished the toilet start leaking the whole frame rusted out and the tiles on the floor one of them is underneath the sink cabinet and sticking out half an each and the cabinet surround has leak and leak in to my living room they did not give me a price on how much would it cost and came back a week later mentioned that we need to pay another 4000 for the drywall they did not provide the light bar on the medicine cabinet that was a extra cost and not installed toilet paper in and a back stand they charge me extra for the wiring did not sand the trim on the window."
