CONLIN HOME INSPECTION & RADON TESTING

Friendly quick response. Appointment arranged for whole home inspection. Services did not include actual inspection of crawl space. Inspected from outside of crawl space. (Crawl space has covered floor and ample room to move around). After move-in we found leaks in kitchen drain pipe leaking into crawl space. AC drain line was clogged causing water to sit in bottom of furnace on main floor with overflow and leakage into crawl space. Lastly, whole house water filter on water line in crawl space leaking into a bucket. I would have liked to be informed there would be no crawl space inspection prior to receipt of written report. We moved into home 8/4 with inspection having been completed 6/29. So could be possibility leaks occurred after inspection. The initial inspection did show crawl space was damp and likely due to fiberglass insulation around walls.
