Family oriented business..honest, upright, hardworking, friendly,very helpful with all kinds of info to our questions.. Was so very satisfied with the excellent work and very fair cost for the entire job. They did all the extras I asked for and even gave me good tips to do some things I wanted to do on my own. We will call David for any and all home repairs or projects..have already made plans for a window replacement repair project and will consider a deck on backside of home... I beleive them to have a very strong family business with excellent work and home ethics at a fair price.

Ask to see his license. Check to see if he has any permits! He did not do it for us. BEFORE HE BEGINS, GET A DETAILED LIST OF MATERIALS AND LABOR. Get a drawing and written instructions on what you want done. He did none of these things, and when we asked more than once he ignored them. We were forced to close before the roof could be enclosed due to a lack of a permit. His work is amateurish at best. His help is only as good as their boss. We had a front deck put on and a 3-season room on the back started. Nothing about these jobs is right, and we had to tell him along the way to correct many issues. The supports and floor joists for our addition are only 2x6. For the amount of weight it should be 2x10s. There are no headers above the sliders and windows, and the roof has no overhang. He would usually only show up 1-2 days a week, and then usually for no more than 4 hours. He gave his word that the projects would be done by the end of October. That did not happen. We had to fire him and, unfortunately, we had to pay him a huge mistake! He did not even leave the materials we had paid for in advance. I have pictures and messages to back up my allegations. I could go on with the list of wrongs, but I will not. If you want the job done correctly, come see our work first! - Do not hire David Burton!

He is extremely good at his work and I plan to hire him for some other work that needs to be done in the spring. He is friendly and patient and his work is excellent.

They called when they said they would and arrived to do the job when they said would, which is really important to me. This company is very professional and now I have one less worry done!!

Angi, My handyman has not finished my job as promised. He assured me that he would be done by Friday. Friday has come and gone and no word or show from him. I paid him $600 upfront and all he has done was put some epoxy in the posts that were starting to deteriorate. That is not much for my money, not happy with Mr. Burton's service at all.
