"Scott and his team are affordable and do professional job.  I have used them for many years including to power wash my real estate company awning and at home (deck).  They have also stain and sealed my deck.  I cannot recommend them enough (and I do recommend them often to my own clients).  I cannot remember all the rates for different services but they are reasonable.
