The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"We love our new kitchen cupboards and quartz counters and backsplash. Nermin offered a very fair price, was very communicative, on time and helpful. He made good recommendations to fix issues caused by original cabinet boxes. The countertop and backsplash looks beautiful and it was 2 days to do demo, prep and install. The guys doing the counters were great. For the cabinets, we chose new fronts w/ internal hardware and painting the boxes. The paint is super smooth, quality and looks great. It was 2 days of prep, paint and install. They even came on a weekend and were great to work with. (PHOTOS: Brown cabinets w/ dark counters are BEFORE pics and sage w/ white counters are AFTER.
