Our team of professionals offers a complete line of residential and commercial services and products for your home, business, church, industrial facility, education center, or other institution. As a full-service company, we’re prepared to offer quality electrical, plumbing and sewer, heating and air-conditioning services, as well as complete design and build services. We care about our customers, so we give each individual the personal attention and efficient service they deserve for every job, large or small. With access to a wide range of the industry’s leading products and equipment, we can take on any job and get it done right.

"In December of 2019 I noticed a drain in my basement was backing up (water) and called Service Now. When the technician arrived I described the conditions of the clogged drain and he determined it was the main sewer line. He stated that a clean out valve had to be installed (at a cost of $574) to run a snake through the line. I agreed and shortly thereafter he announced he could not clear the sewer line and that another crew was needed to "jet" my sewer (at a cost of $800). I agreed and the following day two technicians arrived and stated they would run a camera through the sewer line to determine the blockage. Shortly thereafter one of the technicians produced a video showing cracks and some broken pipe fragments (but no blockage) in a section of the main sewer line. They recommended that I have the broken sections of pipe replaced (at a cost of $3600). They then proceeded to jet the sewer line and announced that the clog in the sewer had been removed. That evening (after the second Service Now crew had left) I noticed that the drain in the basement was still backing up, so on the following day when the Service Now service writer arrived to discuss the sewer line replacement, I mentioned that the drain was still backed up and he replied that "they would look at that when they came out to replace the sewer pipe". I then began to think Service Now was defrauding me and contacted another plumbing company. When they arrived a couple of days later they determined that the drain from the kitchen was clogged and had to be snaked to clear it (at a cost of $128). I agreed and the other plumbers successfully cleared the drain. I have since contacted Service Now three times (once on a three way call with my credit card company) and each time I was assured a manager would call back, and 10 months later I'm still waiting."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Black Friday, also known as the day after Thanksgiving, is one of the busiest days of the year for plumbers. Plumbing pros receive many service requests for clogged drains, garbage disposal issues, and clogged sewer lines. Don’t hesitate to call a plumber on Black Friday if you experience emergency plumbing problems.

That pungent rotten egg smell coming from your drain is likely the buildup of biofilm—hair, skin, and soap scum that turns into a black sticky mess. In this case, pouring down near-boiling water, baking soda, and white vinegar will remove the smell. Keep in mind that a rotten egg smell is occasionally a sign of larger sewage line clogs and other related issues.

First, find the cleanout pipe in your yard. Unscrew the cap—you may need a wrench to do so. Then, get a drain snake. You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.

Professional tools include drain snakes, hydro jets, cameras for line inspection, and enzymatic or chemical cleaners for dissolution.

Using less toilet paper is the easiest way to prevent future clogs. Also, avoid flushing sanitary products, thick paper towels, or hair down the toilet. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.
