I purchased a drain clean out special, however the crew did an inspection and tested the flow and determined this was not needed. They also found that my laundry trap was dry and that the washer could have stale water trapped inside causing the odor. They had trouble opening the rusted clean out and mentioned that it would cost thousands to dig it out and replace the pipe. They were eventually able to get it open and confirm that my drain to the street was not the issue. I appreciated the thorough testing and them not doing an unneeded service.
