He now has 13000 dollars of my money. and will not answer my calls or txt."

He drew what I wanted but didn't show me if I had seen his drawings this complain could have been avoided miscommunication on his part led to problems. I changed my mind about the wooden deck to composite materials. Wrote check 3000 dollars for purchase of composite materials. He purchased materials and delivered it to my backyard.
