"We hired Koss Remodeling for a complete remodel of two bathrooms and new flooring in the kitchen and hallway. This was the first time we had ever hired a contractor and it was a great experience. All you usually hear about are the horror stories of being torn up for weeks or months, bad workmanship and lazy and rude workers. The 4 men who came to do our remodel were very polite, mannerly and worked together well. They started our project on a Tuesday and finished the next Tuesday. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away all the old fixtures. We also paid extra to have their designer help us pick out fixtures and color. She was very knowledgeable and it was great to have someone help pick out what would work and not work in the bathrooms and the flooring. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"
