"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Our Larson storm door closer was caught by the wind and ripped the bracket away from the exterior door frame. Chris Engle promptly arrived when he said he would. Polite and professional, he accessed the damage and told me what he could do on the spot for the least amount of money. Not a pretty job for what he had to work with unless we wanted to replace the whole door and frame, but he made our exterior door and storm door useable. He also installed a wind chain on the storm door for added protection."

Rounded countertop edges, like bullnose or eased edges, are the least likely to chip. Their smooth, curved design helps distribute impact more evenly, unlike sharp corners, which often take the brunt of a hit. Also, unlike pointed edges, rounded edges won't snag on material like dishcloths or clothing.

Quartzite countertops are porous, meaning that liquids can seep into the stone and stain them. You’ll need to seal them before installing and resealing annually, depending on use and stone material. Sealing will help prevent stains and etching. On the other hand, you don’t need to seal quartz and other engineered stone countertops since they aren’t porous.

In most cases, updating your kitchen and bathroom countertops will improve your property value, especially if your old countertops are chipped or stained or if you’re upgrading from a low-end material like laminate to a high-end material like granite. Updates to kitchens and bathrooms often have the most significant impact on a buyer’s opinion of your property and the overall appearance, so the price you’ll pay for new countertops can go a long way toward making your home more valuable.
