"I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications.
