"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

"Tom and his crew are wonderful! They worked with my erratic schedule and were so willing to help me with multiple projects. The workmanship was top notch and I trusted them with all I needed. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. "Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs."

"I needed to have a new countertop, kitchen sink, and install gas cooktop. So based on reviews we trusted. We choose Slip Proof. This company certainly delivered a good product. When the work was completed I sent my out of the area daughter pictures. She was equally impressed, as we are. I didn't know Frank before we hired him. Hired him on the great reviews. So here I am adding what he earned. Project came out beautifully. On schedule and budget. Frank is a very pleasant person, sincere and I felt he cares about his work and people. He listens, cares, and gets the project completed. Will we hire him again? Most definitely, will I recommend him to family and friends? Most definitely. My first thoughts were “Oh he's a bit far from us”. Not a problem at all. Our project was finished on schedule. Also this company works all over. So… Glad we hired Frank and his team. You will not be disappointed with their work and he is very customer oriented as well."
