"I highly recommend this company for any basement work that you need done. They are genuinely honest people that are actually looking out for your best interest. Unlike other contractors that will look at something and just say "Oh this is the issue, it'll cost about $10,000 to fix" Pivotal Basement Solutions is the opposite of that. After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. I can't boast enough about their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism they presented while we met with them. "Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

"Zack the owner came by, measured, and gave us the estimate and explained the process. He was extremely professional and pleasant and helpful in explaining everything clearly. His crew came at 7:00am and completed the job within two weeks. They finished the job on the house and garage in one day, and it took most of the day due to some repairs necessary. The roof looks great and they left the site clean. The follow-up was professional and all taken care of by Ed and Zack. We had called three companies for estimates, two of which we received and we chose Zack despite the higher price because our research confirmed they had been in the area longer, we liked the roof jobs we had seen, and they were very professional and appeared like they would be around long term."

After a tour of their house we were set on SAL as our contractor. We had them remodel our master bathroom.  This
was a big project as everything was removed down to bare bones.  They guys showed up on-time every day and
always cleaned up the mess at quitting time. Scott & his crew are wonderful pleasant people that truly care about
what they do.  Our bathroom turned out perfect. We get so many compliments on the custom shower they built. Amazing!!!  I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest contractor in town, but you get what you pay for.  We plan on having them back to replace our windows too!

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour. 
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.
