"This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. "Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"We hired SAL Construction to build us a garage in Morton.
All I can say is WOW!!! Nice, polite, honest, clean, punctual?My husband found
them on Google and after visiting their website we decided to give them a call.
They did everything they said and did a beautiful job right on budget! I recommended
them to my sister who needed a tile floor installed in her kitchen. Scott did
an amazing job on the tile as well. My sister was so pleased?Her & I both

"When we call them they send sometimes the same people out. The house is 20 years old, so $75 a call is a good price as far as I'm concerned. I have not had a problem. It's a very professional organization. You don't have to talk to anybody if you don't want to."
