"I highly recommend this company for any basement work that you need done. They are genuinely honest people that are actually looking out for your best interest. Unlike other contractors that will look at something and just say "Oh this is the issue, it'll cost about $10,000 to fix" Pivotal Basement Solutions is the opposite of that. After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. I can't boast enough about their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism they presented while we met with them. "Herb Blackmon was our first point
of contact with US Waterproofing.  He provided a detailed explanation of
what was causing the leak in our basement.  Herb was very knowledgeable
and explained the issues we were facing in a manner that was easy to understand.
 He presented us with several options and we decided to install the drain
tile system in our entire basement as well as a new concrete floor.
The job took about a week to complete.  It was originally supposed to take about 48
hours but when we decided to have a new floor installed and to have the old
floor dug out to gain a few inches of height in the basement it extended the
time of the job.  The crew arrived
promptly every day and began by breaking up and removing the old floor.  Once that was done they began the process of installing
the drain tile system and digging out the dirt/sand to gain additional ceiling
height.  Once that was complete they
dumped the rocks and gravel and began laying the concrete floor.  We were very satisfied with the work of US
Waterproofing from start to finish.  Herb
was an awesome salesman.  He was
knowledgeable without being undermining and pushy and he was patient and gave
us great advice about how we were to proceed. 
The crew was hardworking and professional.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone
seeking to address leaky basement issues or have a new floor installed. The
quality of their work enabled us to be able to remodel our basement."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everything went great!  Repairs were great and done very quickly.  The counters look great as well, installed perfectly.
The counters were more difficult to install than estimated, so the job took 4 days rather than 2 days.  I was ok with the length of time, but worried that the extra time would be reflected in the bill. 
However, he gave us a heavily discounted rate on the extra time and the total was very acceptable.  We would use Middleton again (and will be calling him soon!).
