When John, the owner of the business, came and gave me an estimate he explained what he felt needed to be done. He explained how my old smaller gutters were not doing the job of getting the water away from the house. He listened to my concerns and we both came to an agreeable price. When the crew came to start the job i was not here but they got to work getting all my old gutters and fascia off. It was discovered the alot of the wood behind the fascia was worn out. They replaced the wood that was needed and had the job complete in two days. It looks amazing and i cant say enough how they did a wonderful job and i would recommend them to anybody that needs kind of repair fascia and replacement of gutters . I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. "Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take away from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site. They went that extra mile with the gutter and down spouts."

"My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. "We had Sal remodel our bathroom and where so pleased with the job we had them come back and replace our windows.  We had some cheap old windows and really wanted to upgrade to Anderson Windows. After doing some research Scott figured out a way for us to get Anderson windows. They were able to use new construction windows, which required them to remove the siding around the windows to install.  They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with the results.  They saved us thousands of dollars using the new construction windows.  We got an estimate from Re-newal by Anderson and they said it wasn't possible and want to charge almost 10,000 dollars more for replacement windows.  So glad everything worked out the way it did! Thanks to SAL & his crew.
