After further consideration and explanation, they arrive two days later to install new fascia, 6 inch gutters/downspouts and gutter guards. The size, color match and installation was fantastic. Their whole crew was phenomenal and highly skilled. Communication with them is clear and concise . This company also has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to the installation of new gutters they also cut down two trees including stump removal and power washed the house and concrete patios all within the same contracted job in about 2 1/2 days! I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. "Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take away from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site. They went that extra mile with the gutter and down spouts."

"My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

"We got SAL?s name from friends of friends at church that they had built a new house for. 
After a tour of their house we were set on SAL as our contractor. We had them remodel our master bathroom.  This
was a big project as everything was removed down to bare bones.  They guys showed up on-time every day and
always cleaned up the mess at quitting time. Scott & his crew are wonderful pleasant people that truly care about
what they do.  Our bathroom turned out perfect. We get so many compliments on the custom shower they built. Amazing!!!  I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't the cheapest contractor in town, but you get what you pay for.  We plan on having them back to replace our windows too!
