JOHN took the time to answer my questions with all the options from repair to replacement. After further consideration and explanation, they arrive two days later to install new fascia, 6 inch gutters/downspouts and gutter guards. The size, color match and installation was fantastic. I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. I was contacted the next morning by a member of their team and someone was out to my house to do an estimate within the next 48 hours. "My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

"We had Sal remodel our bathroom and where so pleased with the job we had them come back and replace our windows.  We had some cheap old windows and really wanted to upgrade to Anderson Windows. After doing some research Scott figured out a way for us to get Anderson windows. They were able to use new construction windows, which required them to remove the siding around the windows to install.  They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with the results.  They saved us thousands of dollars using the new construction windows.  We got an estimate from Re-newal by Anderson and they said it wasn't possible and want to charge almost 10,000 dollars more for replacement windows.  So glad everything worked out the way it did! Thanks to SAL & his crew. "Went very well, they were very prompt in giving an estimate and gave us a call when we were close to being next in line for installation. They even came out on a rainy day and installed them. We had gotten estimates from a handful of other places and Harris and Sons were by far the cheapest, I do believe the next estimate from theirs was $750. Gutters look great (my in laws also used them)."
