"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. Because my parents were taken advantage of, he made sure that they did not have the same experience. His prices are completely fair and he even helped us with that. He took care of everything. We are so grateful to have Scott on our side. He is the best project manager and makes sure that everything is done. We are having the bathroom and floors remodeled and the back door fixed. Later this year or next year we will work with him to have the kitchen done. The photos that I am attaching are of the unfinished bathroom, but you can tell the high quality of their work. "I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour.

"These guys are great! After moving into our new home we noticed a flow problem with our rear gutter that was causing drainage into our soffit rather than the downspout. When we initially called for a quote from another company we were told we would need a new roof along with an extensive and expensive upgrade on our gutters. They said they would be happy to do it.. well I'm sure! Since our roof was not in bad shape this seemed a little odd. Then came Elite Seamless Gutters! After an initial survey of the situation, John let us know that we only needed a larger gutter. They came out a couple days later and within only a few hours we had new gutters and they even replaced the damage soffit free of charge. Very pleased with the overall experience and we will definitely contact these guys for anything needed in the future."

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. We're doing our windows in 2020, and they will be the first company we will call to come out and take a look. The roof looks wonderful!!!! Thank you. We are so happy."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH JB CONSTRUCTION.IT STARTED WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND WE ENJOYED THEM SO MUCH AND THEYRE WORK WAS SO GOOD WE ADDED MORE WORK ONTO THE INTIAL INSURANCE JOB. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN DURING THE PROCESS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE HAD A FEW ISSUES THAT ARISED DURING THE JOB, BUT THEY EXPLAINED TO US SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND, AND WALKED US THROUGH IT. WE RECCOMEND THEM TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
