"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. Because my parents were taken advantage of, he made sure that they did not have the same experience. His prices are completely fair and he even helped us with that. He took care of everything. We are so grateful to have Scott on our side. He is the best project manager and makes sure that everything is done. We are having the bathroom and floors remodeled and the back door fixed. Later this year or next year we will work with him to have the kitchen done. The photos that I am attaching are of the unfinished bathroom, but you can tell the high quality of their work. "It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)
