Project initially planned for July but do to some unexpected issues on my end, had to to delay and requote project several times. Michael was very helpful and pleasant to work with adjusting to our lowered budget. He was able to deliver my wife’s vision of the perfect deck in weather of 20-40 degrees despite cold rain and other hurdles along the way. Looking forward to working with Michael and his team on next project

Crew very friendly and professional. End of year project with very cold and rainy conditions so project was stretched out a bit longer than planned but always made sure roof was water tight and completed with quality workmanship. Will use again on future roofing projects.

The work was done on the date it was promised, cost was exactly as quoted and workmanship was flawless. In addition, job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was contacted by phone anytime he was running late for the appointment time we had made. His prices were in line with other contractors and, on some projects, lower than his competition.

Part of the masonry work they were doing for me was in the basement and it was obvious our water heater was older and not functioning well, so they went ahead and replaced the machine for us. Reasonably priced and they did a good job. I'm using them again for other needs as well.

It went very smoothly. Michael is very courteous and punctual. There was no mess left. We were able to live in our home while he worked. I have many collections and I packed them up, but Michael moved around MUCH furniture. He is a blessing, always asking if he was doing exactly what we wanted. We feel like we have a brand new house. We have hired him to finish with our bedroom and bath.
