They gave me an estimate for the time they were going to be there and actually finished early. "Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
