"Keith and Chris arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They immediately put booties on their shoes. We walked through each room and reviewed the work that needed to be done. Keith asked me about specific areas that I wanted addressed (blue nail polish on the master bedroom carpet...thought it would never come out but they did it).They worked very quickly and were careful about the walls, railings, furniture, etc. I have two small dogs and they made sure that I knew the solutions were safe for pets. "Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
