Ryan contacted us shortly after we reported our need for service and gave us advice on how best to make the repair. We were able to schedule the work soon after we initiated contact. He made an effort to find the best match for the bricks that needed to be replaced, and they do look well matched. We discussed the work that would be done and the approximate cost beforehand. The crew arrived on time, were polite, worked diligently, and cleaned up the workspace when finished. We have plans to do some repairs on our covered patio flooring, and plans to have Millikan Masonry do the work. They took out the old landscaping rock, and overgrown bushes and trees, and added an amazing water feature with surrounding plants and flowers and coordinated all new trees and bushes along the front of our home. We love it! The work was done when scheduled (even though it was the hottest week of the summer!) and the final cost was very close to the original estimate. And, to save us money, Andy was able to take many of the plants and bushes that he removed and replant them in other places in our yard and well as place a few back in the new design in the front.
