Ryan contacted us shortly after we reported our need for service and gave us advice on how best to make the repair. We were able to schedule the work soon after we initiated contact. He made an effort to find the best match for the bricks that needed to be replaced, and they do look well matched. We discussed the work that would be done and the approximate cost beforehand. The crew arrived on time, were polite, worked diligently, and cleaned up the workspace when finished. We have plans to do some repairs on our covered patio flooring, and plans to have Millikan Masonry do the work. "I had talked to Andy on the phone.  He said he would be by to and showed up about 1:00pm and started to work.  I heard the noise from his roller and went out to see him in the front yard.  It took him 45 to 60 minutes to complete the job.  We discussed some other work I wanted done.  He said he would have to check on the price of the product.  He gave me a call back in about 30 to 45 minutes.  We agreed on the scope of the future job.
