"What I thought would take 3 months J&B came in for 3 weeks early in the morning to evenings to get the house cleared out. I would stop in and check on them and they shocked me how hard working they were. After they had the trash and gross things thrown out they cleaned up the house and helped make it look new almost! I was so relieved they gave me a deal on my price I checked into how much hoarding costed and there was some that cost 11,000 for an apartment and they only charged me 20,000 for a 5 bedroom house! Cabinets that I thought would need replaced they saved they also brought in new appliances for me Nd just overall had a great experience with this company. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and helped me sell a house that I never thought would sell again."

Pre Made Cabinets questions, answered by experts

Most cabinetry made for a garage will have special coatings and finishes built to withstand extreme heat and cold, moisture, pest damage, rusting, and dry rot. However, many homeowners have put their old kitchen cabinets in the garage, added a couple of fresh coats of paint, and use them for a while without too much wear and tear.

There’s no strict rule about which way cabinet doors should open, but generally, double cabinet doors should open away from each other. With single doors, you want to avoid having them block your path or swing into  areas where people need to stand. Some kitchens are angled so that cabinet doors may crash into something no matter which way they swing, but the methods above can help prevent damage.

If you have a drawer larger than 30 inches, you should consider adding two pulls, but, again, this decision is up to personal preference. Any pro you work with on cabinet installation can help you determine how many pulls you need and where you should place them.

To estimate the cost of your kitchen cabinet installation, measure along the wall where you want your cabinets to be. Add up the linear feet, remembering to include both upper cabinets and lower cabinets in your total. Then, calculate the cost by multiplying the average price per linear foot of the type of cabinet you plan to install by the total length you measured.

While having an assistant to help ensure safety and to lend a hand is desirable, if someone isn't around to assist, you can install kitchen cabinets on your own. Normal kitchen cabinet installation starts with the upper wall cabinets. If you're working on your own, consider installing the bases first and building a temporary support structure on top of them to help you install the uppers.
