Have had to redo much of work out of my own pocket. Improperly installed trac piping on natural gas.leaking I smelled gas off and on for 6 years. Called and called years passed.. Called gas company I really smellled gas and noticed other problem - was red tagged. Called company informed them of red tag - was reinstalled in Oct. 2012. Had to redo again, not properly done again. Iron pipe touching copper as well as other problem. Called company again. More money out of pocket. Waiting on intake grill on ceiling for a/c - for 6 years. Called again today on. was told they didn't know about it. Not a reliable Company would not recommend. I would say BEWARE!
