The work was carried out efficiently, quickly, and with no residual mess of any type. The cost was the same as estimated, and the work was done on schedule. We had initially thought that we might need the panelling replaced, but, confirming the estimate, Ken was able to trim the piece down (without totally removing it), and then attached it to the wall so that it should not be a problem again in the future. The installation of the handrails also went smoothly, and Ken was careful to check that they were sturdily mounted on the walls. We were very pleased with Ken's work ethic, and his conscientious concern for getting the jobs done quickly and correctly.
