We have had Czeslaw (Chester) do two projects for us (building a large multi-story home addition as well as doing a master bath gut rehab at another house) and we couldn't be much happier. He answers your calls, his guys show up for the job, and those workers do very high quality work (craftsmanship). No, he isn't perfect and doesn't walk on water, but if there are problems, he solves them quickly and to your satisfaction. He is smart, knowledgeable, and has lots of experience. "This family business is absolutely terrific! My wife and I had used CCCM before for a much smaller outdoor project and we were impressed by how meticulous and thorough their approach was and how great the results. For this much larger project they did not disappoint. While this was mostly a kitchen remodel, the project covered two other connected spaces involving the removal of walls and dealing with a previous poorly constructed addition (our house was built in the 1950's). I once again marveled at how detail oriented they were from proposal to the finish line. The company has a background and experience with commercial properties while moving into the residential remodel arena which translates into they've seen it all. They don't have a showroom but work with a number of local suppliers and sales personnel while passing on their lower expenses and worked out prices to you. Having said that, they were not the cheapest option (or the most expensive) nor should they be. They were clearly the best value among the bids we solicited and with skilled tradesman in short supply these days we were more than willing to wait for them to become available. They have made it clear even after the project is now complete that they stand behind their work and we should never hesitate if we find anything unsatisfactory to call them and they will respond quickly. You get what you pay for these days and with this company you are clearly getting one of the best."

"Neighborhood remodelers not only did our first floor which was an entire gut to bricks including an entire kitchen, but our entire second floor also to the bricks including a bathroom remodel. Canâ t say enough wonderful things about NRâ ¦they are meticulously in their quoting process, working with the customer on pricing, to the actual work. NR is clean, prompt and the work is perfect every single time and every single person we worked with, talked to were so friendly and accommodating. They have no hidden costsâ ¦all is up front. NR also goes beyond the one year warranty and genuinely wants to know how the completed project is working for the customer. Lastly, we had not worked with them in a few years and we had an emergency, a pipe broke in our ceiling, flooding kitchen and basement (not their work). I texted a video showing problem and they dropped everything and pulled one of their men off a job and was here in 20 minutesâ ¦diagnosed the problem, worked with our insurance and fixed ALL ceiling floors wall etc. if you hire NR you will not regret it and your friends and family will be jealous of beautiful you home looks."

"We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great.
