"We reached out to Dan with the issue of freezing pipes and cold rooms in our old house. Dan inspected the house and proposed a plan to remedy these issues. Aside from the more traditional air sealing and insulation solutions, Dan also recommended insulating the area of our house above our soffit, which was difficult to access but that appeared to be a major insulation issue. I should add the other firms we requested quotes for did not identify this area in their proposal. I firmly believe the proposals from the other firms would not have fixed our issues. Dan worked for ~2 weeks on air sealing our attic and house, adding insulation to our attic, removing our soffit and adding insulation and reinstalling soffit. Work was done well and within budget and at a fair price. Dan is very easy to work with and takes pride in his work. We are very happy to report our pipes have not frozen and the cold rooms are no longer cold - would highly recommend Dan to others - he went above and beyond."

"The crew that was sent was professional and thorough. All the old windows (approximately 20) were removed by noon and all the new windows were installed, sealed, and cleaned by the end of the normal work day. A crack developed in one a couple of years later and, while it took a bit of time due to Holidays and the onset of the Pandemic to get the window ordered, Tom and Niko (the service people sent to replace it) were equally as thorough and professional. It took longer to fill out the paper work than it took them to remove and replace the cracked window. We have noticed a significant drop in our heating and cooling costs after the installation of these windows. They are a bit pricey but that is because the quality is superior. If you want good solid windows that look great for your house or business, I highly recommend Eurotech, Inc."
