I have had them come back and do other projects such as putting in rock around my pool and installed an awesome natural gas fire pit. "We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
