"This is the second project we've worked with Kirt and Shawn on. They are extremely easy to work with and their pride of workmanship and attention to detail shows in their work. The farmhouse, being 100 years old, has lots of uneven walls and floors and Kirt knew just how to fix things. There were several curve balls but he handled every one and the house now looks amazing. We are not planning on buying any more properties in the near future, but if we did we'd call Kirt first."

"The remodel went very smooth and was a very good deal. We had some incredible estimates from other places and were very happy with this choice.
