"It was great to work with Icon Builders to building our dream home. They went out of their way to accommodate the completion of our home build in time for school. Their response times are great and the staff is truly personable. It was great working with Jenna, Natalia, Joe, Scott, Shawna and Charlie. I will recommend Icon to anyone looking to build a custom home."

"I can't say enough about A P Builders and how absolutely wonderful they have been from start to finish. We completely gutted and remodeled our home and Angelo was upfront, honest, timely, and everything that was contracted was done to perfection. We had crew there every day from start to finish. He started on time and finished on time. Any change orders were handled professionally and solutions were found for any unforeseen challenges due to the age of my home. I highly recommend AP Builders for any of your home improvement needs."

"T&K Builders LLC, Terry and his Team were the ultimate professional. What was promised was delivered and more. Terry and his Team explained all the steps being performed. There was no surprise when it came to the invoice. I would hire T&K Builders LLC, Terry and his Team again and again for any of my home improvement projects - large or small."

"Prestige Construction was an absolute joy to work with. Everyone we worked with was very professional, courteous and took pride in their work. The work they had done was an insurance claim and they made the process extremely easy for us. They took care of everything. Would recommend Tony and Sean in a heartbeat."

"Mark Chambers is a true craftsman built 2 custom homes for me. His ability is unreal how he can make custom cabinets, trim work, and building homes is unbelievable. I would recommend his work to the highest degree."

"

They have been working with us for the last three years and they are still doing more work. They put the bay window in last fall. They are not cheap. Their quality is very good. They are here earlier than I anticipate. The job they did on the storm doors was really good, but they are starting to rust a little bit and it is only a year. He looked at them and he is going to see what he can do with them.

"Orlando was very responsive to email and phone calls and came out quickly for an estimate. He was very flexible with scheduling the paint job, but we had to delay because of our schedule. We hope to be able to reschedule the job in mid April. We look forward to seeing the quality of the work because the customer service is good.

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. They were prompt everyday and worked hard and quickly and were neat and clean.  Everything was just right when they left. I highly recommend MasterCat if you need mold remediation and want your property treated like it was theirs. "

"The toilet in the condo party room was running - our water bill tripled in one billing period. Marsel came to the rescue, noticed that the toilet was taking in HOT instead of cold water, which had caused interior components of the tank to malfunction. Marsel cut open the walls, corrected the plumbing, replaced interior components of toilet, patched and painted walls."

"was fortunate to find First Rate Construction LLC for my renovation needs. I originally went to several of their “gut rehab” homes to check out their work. BEAUTIFUL!! The projects I saw were tastefully done, all of the materials top notch and most importantly, their work ethic and perfectionistic orientation was to be admired. There was a “flow” to their open concepts that I could visualize an active family enjoying together as well as other areas of the homes where each person could have private space. It was only after seeing the bigger jobs that they typically do that I was comfortable with hiring this crew to do my condo’s kitchen. My personal experience was just as satisfying. All of the workers were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves daily. The design of my new kitchen went smoothly, the team listened to me and gave great suggestions that both improved the layout and functionality as well as saved me money over my expected budget for my original ideas. They did such a great job on my kitchen, I wanted them to do my elderly mother’s room as well. The team worked with me to insure that she could access the adjoining bathroom, made room for her wheelchair to turn around by installing a pocket door. The First Rate Construction LLC team created an entirely handicapped friendly environment that still has the look and feel of a luxury suite down to the new walk in shower with drop down teak seat and the “bum” warmer on the toilet seat! I am now privy to the fact that most of their work is on the bigger scale so I was very lucky to get them for my renovation needs. So big or somewhat smaller, the First Rate Construction LLC is key to home transformation."
