Although I wasn't present during the installation, the carpet looks and feels professionally done. I initially needed a carpet due to noise complaints from my neighbor and was hesitant about adding one. After discussing it with my neighbor, I decided to proceed. The carpet they installed looks and feels amazing! I just wanted a quick solution to reduce noise, so I gave them the measurements and left the rest to them. Paint was all over my floors, backsplash fell off, hood installed upside down - just to name a few"

Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."
