"Don was the best. Besides doing a top quality job he went way beyond the requirement of the job. He found a way to save me having an electrician to hook up the pump. I also like that he found a way to have the water drain into my sewer line so I didn't need to have the water drained into my yard. At the end of each day he would take us around and explain what they did and what they would do the next day. I felt very confident with Don and would recommend him highly."

"There are two properties attached together with absolutely no drainage to the sewer and Kyle Irvin came in and commandeered the entire situation. We had a previous plumbers here and they did not solve the problem, but they were very expensive and Kyle was very considerate of the charges and brought in the best of the best to get the job done! Kyle gets 10 stars because he had excellent customer service skills and was very communicative and helped us tremendously. We wish we would’ve gone with Kyle first. His knowledge and experience were top-notch! This was a $15,000 job and Kyle navigated it to be a $10,000 job! We will call Kyle on every new need that we have and we own 10 properties! You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.
