"It went well. I emailed Junk Relief with a description of the service needed, and they scheduled a pick-up within a 2 hour window the following day. On the day of pick-up, the movers called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival, and arrived on time. The whole thing lasted not more than 5 minutes, and they accepted cash or credit card payment on-site, which was convenient. I'm sure if you have a really good friend, time and a good back, you could do a disposal like this on your own, but if you don't, call Junk Relief. Their price seemed similar to other disposal services listed. I was not up-charged from the quote given."

"Professional and thorough inspection of old dirt crawlspace and foundation walls, with photos taken, and quote given for installation of their crawlspace encapsulation process.  
The encapsulation process sounds like a great solution to any crawlspace issues that may be present.  However, it is a costly solution, although may have this done in the future. 
The inspection process went well, friendly, professional and all questions thoroughly answered.  The only down-side:  Minor issue, but wish men had placed a drop-cloth outside the crawlspace entrance so as not to track out any crawlspace soil."

From the initial estimate by their representative to the crew sent out to do the actual work, at each stage every detail and costs were clearly explained and specified. They are not cheap, but there are no hidden costs or last-minute "add-on's" - you know what you are going to pay and what you are getting from the start. And, their products are top-notch! Their work crew was really great: they traveled 110 miles to my house and spent two entire days on the job site, spending the night at a local hotel. The installation of the sump pumps, crawlspace liner, dehumidifier, and outside drain lines were all very well done. They removed all work debris and left the job site clean. I needed to have the dehumidifier checked a few months later because it would not cycle on-off as it should. They sent Garth out to check on the problem; he was on-time (even a little early), and quickly noted that the unit did need to be replaced; he even identified an additional issue with some water leakage at the entrance to the crawlspace, which I had not noted. Two weeks later, as scheduled, two crew members were at the house to replace the dehumidifier, which involved re-digging the entrance to the crawlspace, and re-caulked the entrance to stop the water leakage. Their work was, once again, very professional."

"I am in a new construction house and had a water leak in my basement.  The representative came out to evaluate the situation, checked the sump pit, the drain tiles and the exterior for cracks. Turns out the problem had to do with flashing and caulking.  The builder has ultimately fixed the problem.  The representative who came out was very responsive, prompt, courteous and accommodating spending time investigating the possible source of the leak.   While we did not use their services, I was impressed by the thoroughness and effort.   I would highly recommend you have Reliable Basement Services, LLC look at your issue and recommend a solution. "I'll recommend Windy City Rooter to anyone that will listen. My initial call to them was for a camera inspection on my sewer line. Shannon showed up and made sure to answer any questions I had before beginning any work. After putting the camera down the line, a blockage of tree roots was discovered. Shannon went over the options on how to proceed and offered his advice when asked. He gave up front costs on all the options, so that I could make as an informed decision as possible. To make a long story short, I decided to replace the clay tile sewer line with PVC. Shannon got me a contract and I put the 50% deposit down, he also took the time to explain what was and wasn't going to be included in this work. Fast forward to a week later, the permit is approved, materials dropped off and a crew of guys shows up ready to work. Cort took the time to go over the scope of work again and answer any questions I had. Shortly after Cort and his crew started, Max showed up to see if they needed anything. Over the course of the next 6 hours, the old sewer line was dug up, the new sewer line was put in place and the trench was filled in. Cort explained about how the trench will settle and level out and what my city will be coming to do as cleanup. The crew did a sweep of my property to make sure nothing was forgotten or left behind and cleaned up everything. This is all a very long winded way of saying Windy City Rooter did an exceptional job. Oh and did I mention that it was done at a very affordable price? Because it was. After talking with Max, he makes it very clear he want's to save the customer money whenever possible. 5 Stars 10/10 would recommend. If you have any plumbing problems, Windy City Rooter should be your first call."

"From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, Mitch was prompt, professional, and polite.  He came out promptly to provide an estimate and followed up with an email within hours with the costs.  Once we decided to go with Mitch, he provided a 2-day window of when he would be available and stuck to it.  On the day of the work, he showed up exactly on time and began work immediately.  The job had a few wrinkles due to tree roots and a not-so-easy-to-get-to-location.  However, Mitch and his guys never wavered.   They worked with me, offered suggestions, and the result was a fantastic solution with no delay in service and he stuck to his initial estimate.   He and his crew were great - they cleaned up like they were never even there.
When it comes to needing work of this sort in the future, I will not hesitate to work with Mitch again.  Well done!
