He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. As a result we have a beautiful custom kitchen, with cabinets handcrafted by Christopher and I think everyone associated should be proud of their hard work. We can't wait to show it off!"

The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "They make the remodeling experience very easy. Kim in the front office is very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing our bathrooms . Owner Mario supervises the project daily, keeping us informed what to expect everyday. All employees working on the bathrooms are very professional and friendly. They work from morning until 6pm. Great care is taken to protect all other living areas during construction.. Every night the site is cleaned up and ready for the next morning. I leave in a condo, and Mario made it a point to follow all the condo requirements. We had no complaints. I can not say enough about Kitchen Bath and Beyond and highly recommend them for your remodeling project. I canâ t think of one thing I was dissatisfied about."
