Bathroom - Remodel
Highly recommend the guys at Custom Cut Renovations . We just went through half bath remodel and the bathroom turned out awesome. They are meticulous in their work and cleanliness. Overall great group of guys to work with. We will definitely contact them again for our next remodel project.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
I hired this company to lay wood flooring throughout the house, to refinish the stairs and to replace all banisters and railings. I couldn't be more please with how this project came out. The people that worked here were professional and did a phenomenal. Hands down, some of the best people I've worked with. They showed up on time, the quality of the work was fantastic and they left my house cleaner than when they started. I was so pleased with everything and everyone related to this job that I called them back to renovate my kitchen. They are the only company I will use going forward. I was lucky to find them.

Kitchen - Remodel
I can't say enough wonderful things about Titan Flooring. This was the second big job I had them do and the quality of work is fantastic. They were extremely helpful when it came to designing the layout and picking out materials. They showed up when they said they would and all responses were extremely fast. The job was also completed when promised. A special thanks to Brian for coordinating the job, helping me pick everything out and staying so even keeled when my stress levels were on the rise. Titan Flooring is my go-to for all future projects.

Tile: Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, Quartz, etc) - Install
Brian did a great job of taking care of everything. I ordered the material, but he worked directly with the supplier to pick up the materials, bring them over, and perform the work.
He was on time, very communicative, and professional.
I also appreciated that he is willing to communicate via text. I don't have time for constant phone calls when I am working, and I very much appreciate someone who is willing and able to communicate via text.
Many contractors I have worked with don't have that ability and are constantly calling.

Kitchen - Remodel
Brian Draznin was an amazing person to work with the kitchen remodel. He spent hours with going to different vendors. He continued to show me many different options until the perfect solution was found. When one aspect of the project was not to my liking , He worked endlessyto find the right product. The work was completed in a timely manner. The follow up for any glitches was promptly corrected. Contacting him was effortless, and his response was always immediate. I would highly recommend Brian and his company for the quality of the work, the price of the work and his attention to detail. His most impressive aspect is that he listened to what I wanted and work to make it happen. I would highly recommend Brian and tighten flooring to anyone whoâ s looking for a contractor in a home project.

Wood Flooring - Refinish
Brian & the crew did an outstanding job! They repaired and refinished our hardwood floor, converted 2 flights of carpeted stairs into hardwood stairs, and converted our entire 2nd floor from carpeting to LVP. Brian also created a custom butcher block top for our kitchen island and got all of our lighting updated. Brian & team were highly efficient, knowledgeable, and they were flexible with scheduling. When I was indecisive about things, Brian was helpful with offering different suggestions and coming up with creative solutions. Everything turned out great and we will hire him again for our future projects.

Iâ ve used Brian and his crew on a few projects now , from my master bathroom, to two guest bathrooms and my basket and deck , I shopped around for awhile and found Brian to be the best bang for my buck heâ s very attentive to detail and on top of my projects from start to finish , from details to the scope of work to every detail in my home , I am so lucky to have found him for all of my projects Iâ ll never look anywhere else but for Brian for all my home projects , Iâ ve referred him to all my friends and family and my clients as I am too a small business owner , if your looking for a contractor look no further

Kitchen - Remodel
They came in and listened to our ideas. They made suggestions based on their past experiences which helped a lot. They worked with the various companies that supplied the materials and made it seamless for us. We were only without a kitchen for about 3-4 weeks. Not bad considering they moved walls, replumbed the sink, wired the cabinets for lighting along with installing the cabinetry and laying the floor. They were clean and efficient. I plan on hiring them again for our next projects.

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Not Provided by Consumer)
Brian and Joey were great to work with. They were also flexible with some issues with materials and working around my work schedule I had on my end. Very down to earth and did a great job. I had a basement laundry room and bathroom leveled and life-proof flooring installed. I would highly recommend them!

I'm satisfied with the finished look of the tile in two of my bathrooms and the responsiveness of the company. They were able to schedule me in the next week, and the work was complete promptly. I would use Titan Flooring again for future home improvement projects.

Even though it was a small job Brian did not cut corners. He taped sheeting in the door way and vanity to minimize dust. I had grout work done on my travertine floor and he recaulked my shower. The best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time.

Easy to work with! He was here when he said he would be, even worked on Saturday and Sunday! Rectified a small issue quickly and without complaint. Pricing was right inline of where we thought it should be. No complaints, would hire again! Highly recommend!

"Hey Pete, I wish you would have communicated your dissatisfaction to myself directly, so I could have taken care of anything. Rather upon payment you expressed that you were happy with the work. I applied 3 coats of sealer to your tiles at no charge. I expressed to you that black grout would not be as rich of a black color as your grout that had been painted a glossy black. I made sure you knew that the unglazed/textured tiles you purchase would look matte up against the glazed/smooth tiles you were adding on to. It is my apology if things were lost in our communication, I will do my best to clarify things like this better in the future!"

Brian does professional, clean, high quality work. He tore out our old out of date ceramic floor tile in our master bath and replaced it with wood look porcelain planks as well as replacing some dated wall tile with marble mosaic. Looks fantastic. We would definitely hire him again if we had the need for and tile work!
